TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

​

  • You must be at least 18 years old to order mature content. If I have any reason to believe you aren't over the age of 18, you must provide proof of age.

  • Payment is required 100% in full before commission work is started.

  • Payment plans may be accepted for Reference Sheets and High Detail Commissions over $300 with a minimum payment of 50% of the total due immediately, and the final payment being due within two weeks from the date you were selected for the commission. For commissions over $500, payment plans can be discussed.,

EXTRA FEES

Extra details that require additional time on an individual piece are subject to additional fees.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Multiple versions
Excessive cum/blood

Complex/specific markings
Intricate armor/weapons

Close-up/internal shot panels
 

Other services that may also require additional fees are:
Time sensitive commissions (holding a piece until a specific date)

Rush orders (completing a commission by a specific date)

Private commissions (not posting the commission anywhere online)

Requesting commission to be streamed

COMMISSION FORMS

When submitting a commission form, please be sure that the details of the commission are clear, detailed, and concise. Major changes such as poses, clothing, number of characters, what characters are being used, or anything that would require heavy editing or redrawing the commission will NOT be done once your form has been submitted and the details agreed upon.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will go through my manager, unless I specifically prefer otherwise. This includes questions, WIPS, updates, and anything in regards to the project at hand. 

Please keep your messages concise and on topic. You are paying us to complete a service, not to be your best friend/social buddy all day, I'm sorry.

REFERENCE IMAGES

When finding and sending references to go with your commission, the following are NOT acceptable:

​

  • Pictures of real animal genitalia

  • Pictures/selfies of the commissioner's genitalia or nude body

WORK IN PROGRESS POLICY

  • Smaller commissions are typically completed in stream and it is your responsibility to point out changes that need to be done during the process. If you're unable to watch the stream during your commission, please ask my manager for updates ahead of time, otherwise we will assume that you are watching the stream.

  • Larger commissions outside of streams will get multiple WIPs through the process of the commission from the rough draft to the flat colors.

  • A prompt reply within 24 hours after receiving a WIP is required, otherwise the production process will continue and you will lose your ability to ask for changes. (Exceptions are made in the case of artist error only)

CHANGES AND EDITS

For all commissions, you get 3 changes/edits that can be made overall. Any changes/edits made beyond this, to a maximum of 5 total, will incur an additional charge for each. This is to accommodate the fact that my commissions are very time sensitive, and every change made delays it's completion time, and increases the amount of time spent on each piece.

REFUND POLICY
If for some reason you would like a refund for your commission, the percentage of the commission completed will be equivalent to the percentage that is non-refundable. I cannot undo time and effort that I put into projects. The ONLY two exceptions are if I cancel the commission for any reason, no matter how much progress was made on the piece, will be 100% refunded, or by rare circumstances, the commission hasn't been completed by the PayPal buyer protection policy period.
Otherwise, if the commission has been completed, it is completely non-refundable.

 

As the artist, I reserve the right to:

• Post finished commissions, WIPs, and .PSD files to any of my Patreon, as well as use them for promotional purposes, such as selling prints.

• Turn down or cancel/refund any commission, for any reason. Any harassment over my decision will result in being blacklisted and blocked.

• Use any sketches and poses that were rejected in the sketching phases of the commission, or from any commissions that were refunded.

• Update my prices or TOS at any time
 

As the client, you have the right to:

• Post the "UPLOAD" version of your commission to social media sites

• Crop and resize the commission for purpose of icons/headers/banners etc

• Make minor edits to the commissioned piece that do not affect the overall image (such as altering eye color or adding piercings)

• Have the commission printed for personal and non-profit use
